I'm going to simulate a scenario by ns-2 and using DSDV as a routing protocol. But whenever I use this protocol I have a big problem because of a long time delay for first time to start sending packet from sender. this amount increases when we have more hop count. The attached image shows X-graph of throughput for my simulation. As you can see the first 156 second we don't have any sending packet. When I use AODV as a routing protocol, I don't have this problem. please help me to know whats this reason. and how can I decrease this time even for 10 second. Best regards
