[ns] how to patch MTENS on ns2.32

hello everyone
I tried to patch MTENS for ns2.32 and follow according to the instruction 
http://netserv.iet.unipi.it/software/mtens/readme but couldn't patch.If anyone 
had patched this file can you please help me on patching this file?
