If, in the function declaration, I specify coredll... e.g:

Declare "Function GetTextExtentPoint32 Lib ""Coredll.lib"" (ByVal hDC As Long, 
ByVal lpsz As String, ByVal cbString As Long, byVal lpSize() As Long) As Long"

I then get the same error message!
