The Motorola MPx is a Pocket PC 2003 device. Use the RuntimeFat.ppc.exe installer.
The THURATA SG-2520 appears to be a Windows CE 4.2 device. It would use the RuntimeFat.WINCE.exe installer. We haven't encountered this device before - let us know how it works.
