Here's a tip from Ian Hatton: "I have been using an ActiveX control which is very easily included in an NSB/CE application and provides a reasonable quality Text to Speech (English and/or Chinese) conversion. The attached doc describes the features and how to use the control in a sample application - please feel free to use for a Tech Note and/or forum posting."
I have posted Ian's docs and a sample here: <http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/nsbasic-ce/files/> Licence cost is 279 USD ( 99USD if upgrading from another of their products). (Thanks, Ian!)
