I just purchased NS BASIC/CE. I cannot find out how to display a picture in a form.
I have added PictureBox to my form. I have added a resource bmp file (name pic1). I named the property Picture in PictureBox 'pic1'. Nothing happens. When I add NSCEPictureBox1 no properties appear in the properties window.
