Hello Andrew,
do you have a small test program that I could run? I'm running NSBasic on a 
German machine.
I usually don't use the comma as the field separator in CSV files, but the 
semicolon, to avoid confusion with commas in numbers. Adding quotes around all 
fields (not just text strings) could also help.
