you should be using WinCE 5.0 at least. WinCE 4.2 bare minimal.... i think that if the device has WinCE 2.0 on it, you're better off buying a new device. If you buy a GPS device with WiFi and WinCE 6.0 (8 gb Flash Disk) it would cost you about $100.
