A big thank you to Joe & George for their help.... that all makes a lot more sense now. Brace yourselves for more dumb questions from me .... I'm thinking of seeing if I can use the USB as an interface to an embedded controller. I've already done the task using VB3 on a desktop PC, be really nice to use the Maplin device as a front end GUI. Cheers, Kevin
