It runs Windows CE 6 on it. What you need is someone that could provide you the 
CABs to install the NS Basic/CE portable IDE. I can't send it to you now 
because I'm without ActiveSync here. So I can't extract the CABs from the 
installer.

Maybe ghenne can do it for you.
