Hi, Since I was having problems with the FileCopy method and the gradient button wasn't working on the device by using a .nsb (I have to compile to EXE to see the gradient button), I thought that maybe I had a previous version (8.0.0) installed on the device.
The gradient button is not that important to me at this time, but I needed FileCopy, and I had to try something.... So this is what I did. I went to: C.\Program Files\NSBasic\CE\Controls\WM\basic.exe and copied that to the device, over the previously installed )by the desktop IDE) "basic.exe". The system now does report the correct version: 8.2.0. However my two problems continue... So it wasn't that.
