One other thing I would like to add to this. I have only used PayPal a
couple of times (as a buyer) but I liked the fact that your details (card
number etc) are not forwarded to the seller so that they remain secure. Not
all of us likes to send these details to a possible unknown source. This
obviously doesn't apply in this case but it could be possible for your
details to be on a list somewhere which may not be the safest place and
could result in the details being stolen or hacked. PayPal eliminates this
(and please ignore all those Spam emails that ask you to log on and confirm
your details - PayPal just doesn't do that - those sites are bogus and,
although they steal and reproduce the actual PayPal pages, the link used
goes right to the thief).
With the reduction in cheque use, this should be a great step forward.
