It was Tom Clough commenting on his lessons with Thomas Todd - who 
wrote the Barrington. 

A feature of this tune is that it uses all the keys of the 7-key 
chanter at some point.
Another tune that does this is Forster Charlton's Rowley Burn. Anyone 
found others?
