I've not done it myself, but I know three (at least) players who 
have. The size of the belt is indeed the limiting factor (get an 
extension made). Whether or not you believe in pre-natal influence is 
up to you - you could either produce the next Pauline Cato, Kathryn 
Tickell,  or whoever by playing to your child, or you could have the 
opposite effect......whatever that is??

Seriously, you will probably reach a point late in pregnancy where it 
will become uncomfortable / impossible, depending on the 
size/activity of junior. When you get kicked in the liver every time 
you play an inappropriate note, you know babe has cottoned on!
