Public bug reported:
In the config gui on the time tab, why can I not specify an hour later
than 13 or minutes later than 49? Using the arrow buttons, 13 and 49 are
the highest possible values. Entering a number like 22 for hours
directly does not work either because it is reset when I change some
other settings.
Why is that? Is it a bug?
