oki, this is certainly due to your configuration file.
According to the way you launch it, you are using the configuration file in  
/home/tmort/.config/nssbackup/nssbackup.conf . 

In that configuration you might have the target directory using a
plugin. And the plugin might not be installed. Can you paste the
"general" section of the configuration file (after removing sensitive
information of course) ?
