Hi John, Are you sure SSH is working on that machine ? Is it possible that the machine is using a different port for SSH than the standard one (22) ?
Can you launch : +-------- sudo mkdir /mnt/nssbackup sudo /usr/bin/sshfs <username>@192.168.1.4:/ /mnt/nssbackup +-------- and paste here everything that were written on the console.
