Bug still exists. Quick-Steps to reproduce:

1.) Create a directory named "=test=" (or any other name with an "=" in it)
2.) Open sbackup-config program and add the directory to the exclude-list
3.) save
4.) run sudo sbackupd

sbackup fails if exclude-path contains an equal-sign
