er...@hamburg confirmed that the question is solved:
Wrote simple wrapper scripts that mount my nfs share before backup or
restore-gui are started. The backups goes to a folder now, that reworked
the ftp timeout and look very fast. I can live with this until the next
release of nssbackup makes this official.
