Public bug reported:

As reported in this conversation:
https://answers.launchpad.net/nssbackup/+question/112940

command line options to specify to do a full backup or an incremental backup
It would be useful if you need to perform specific operations before backup
that are different in the two cases

Also cfr. this blueprint:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nssbackup/+spec/commandline-interface

Main functionality should be available through proper commandline interface.
Useful commandline options are:
* force a full backup
* force an incremental backup (needs definition of behavior in case of errors,
i.e. no incr. backup possible)

Verified using version 0.2.1

** Affects: nssbackup
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
