Public bug reported:
I am using version .11.1 it is set to run a full backup every 7 days. It
is triggered daily so I expect 6 incremental backups and 1 full. When I
look at the files it does show 6 directories with the extension .inc but
when you look at the contents they are all full backups.
Having logged the tool in debug mode I note it states there is a fresh
full backup so it will do an incremental, it then goes on to backup
everything again.
