unfortunately there is no RPM. However, any help preparing one would be
appreciated :-)

You could try to install it directly from the source code. sbackup
0.11.4 is written in Python and therefore not hard to install from
source (no compiling required). Just have a look at the README file and
maybe you want to give it a try (you can test it in a virtual machine to
be safe).
