He's still a plonker no matter what colour he is.

Having said that, I'm still not prepared to write Ince off, as I think
he still has the potential to be a good manager. The Premier League was
a major baptism of fire for someone so inexperienced, so seeing him fail
was not that much of a surprise. In fact, there have been managers with
infinitely more experience than Ince who have been made to look
incompetent at the highest level.

Some managers are good up to a certain level but can't make the final
step to become a top flight manager (McCarthy anyone) but it's too early
to make an assessment on Ince as he hasn't had enough experience in the
lower leagues to develop his own style.

It was discussed at the last monthly meeting that we had both kept each
other's emails from this particular exchange

Anyway JT, it was less than six months ago, before Mick went on his
"lucky" streak of 17 wins from 23 games.

Has Ince played the race card yet?

I think I've voiced my last opinion on this forum - especially
if Millward is going to drag up my opinions from previous seasons!!!
Good recovery Marcus and I think Steve's right - the jury is yet to
reach a unanimous decision regarding MM's brilliance (or lack thereof).

But at the halfway mark of the season (IMHO) MM is an absolute
genius and I'll cope with the manager of the month curse every month if
we need to.
