He's still a plonker no matter what colour he is. Having said that, I'm still not prepared to write Ince off, as I think he still has the potential to be a good manager. The Premier League was a major baptism of fire for someone so inexperienced, so seeing him fail was not that much of a surprise. In fact, there have been managers with infinitely more experience than Ince who have been made to look incompetent at the highest level. Some managers are good up to a certain level but can't make the final step to become a top flight manager (McCarthy anyone) but it's too early to make an assessment on Ince as he hasn't had enough experience in the lower leagues to develop his own style.
