Meeting up for drinks should be fairly easy to organise with mobiles but it might be worth booking somewhere for dinner on either/all of Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Getting group bookings at places like the 'Elephant & Wheelbarrow' English pub in Northbridge should be fairly easy. It seems that the majority of us will be arriving on Thursday and then leaving on Sunday.
