You have to question why some of them have made 8,000+ posts complaining
about every aspect of the club and management.  I think I would have found
another hobby by then.

I'm fascinated by the "Mayors" of web forums.  Every forum of which I am a
member has at least one.  I don't mean the owners or moderators but the
people that post on every thread even if they have nothing to say and tend
to turn every thread into a soapbox for their views.  I wonder if it's some
sort of addiction to post counts, like people get addicted to friends on
Facebook.  The most stupid post I commonly see is along the lines of "Sorry
X, I don't have the answer to your question but I'm sure someone will be
along soon that can help."  Another one is bumping people's for sale
threads.  Are you THAT bored?
