I reckon his signing will be confirmed tonight (our time). The bookies usually have an idea of what's happening and he's very very short priced, as is Upson. If we get those two in and Berra joins Halford on the way out...I think we only really need a couple more quality signings...none of the lower league "ones for the future" types...I mean decent money signings. Quality replacements for Henry and Elokobi are needed for us to push on but I have my doubts about Mad Mick going all out to replace either now.

He said that the process was only half-complete and he'll see what happens. Also noticed that ESPN are reporting that Doyle is off to either Arsenal or Juventus. We were shot. He is a valuable player for us, of that there is no doubt. I never get into how much a player is worth or what we should pay...I'm not the club accountant but the problem is, knowing Wolves, if we got $15m we would only buy a $5m replacement and the other $10m would mysteriously dissapear. Incidentally was at the Mol last week, the North Bonk has been completely flattened, quite a strange sight looking straight into the ground from the big car park. I'm not too sure about the new shirt yet either...its a very bright shade and long....I was at the club shop the day they went on sale...no lineups or mass crowds...it would have been staright in and out if it wasn't for the seven quid barclays patches on the sleeves. Anyone seen the George Elokobi clip where he returns to Cameroon?...what a legend... ________________________________ From: nswolves@googlegroups.com [mailto:nswolves@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Steven Millward Sent: Monday, 4 July 2011 13:58 To: nswolves@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: [NSWolves] Arsenal to offer £12m for Doyle I think he'd have his price, maybe $15m.
