I would think read and execute. It depends on what is happening. Is this
application going to be updating information in another directory or server?
You have to remember as an admin, you will not be denied from any location,
while others may. Maybe it is somewhere else that the application is
failing. What happens if you give this user change rights temporarily? Does
the app work?

When logged into domain as administrator an application has no error.
However, when logged on as a different user the same application gives the
following error "Path/File access error". What security setting must be
set for the user or the group with which the user belongs? Help please!
