A user here got the following BLue screen of Death while booting up.
Stop: c0000218 {Registry file failure}
Registry cannot load the hive (file)
/systemroot/system32/config/security or its log or alternate
Anyone seen anything like this, found a few traces on the web, and tryed a
few fixes but non have worked yet. This is ocuring on a del laptop running
Win2k server.
