Actually Sharepoint Portal Server would be your best bet, it really was
designed for document management, where Visual Source safe is not, yet can
be used to do so. I implememted Sharepoint in our company and it works
great, it's real power becomes apparent when used in conjunction with
OfficeXP.

Hi all,
I know this isn't probably the best place to post this but here goes. I
am looking for an application that can track changes to documents,
editors of documents, etc. We have a shared environment of legal docs
that needs to be checked out, edited, etc. and I am wondering if anyone
