All the .ini files are all set, and the drivers are suppossedly the right
ones.
The card is recognized when it first boots up.
It is definitely the card issue though, b/c when I pop in another card in
the system it boots up fine to the network.
Not sure what it could be though?

Are you sure that you have the correct drivers for the NIC on the disk? Are
the .ini files configured appropriately?

SBS 4.5 network.

Trying to create a boot disk that will map a drive to a server on my
network. I have had total luck with all 3com cards, but this card is giving
me issues.
The error I am getting is this:
it recognizes the card but then further down the boot it gets to this:
dos error sys0006 occurred trying to load "a:\net\net.exe"
then net 2138 net requester service failed to load
Any ideas PLEASE !!
