Well We have about 10-12 BDCs all through the LAN but it looks to me that all of the
clients are still authenticating through the PDC and BDC in the home Office. I believe
this is do to the way or WAN has been installed. What I would like to do is get stats
on the BDC to Say for instance The Home office PDC and BDC is Servicing 5000 People a
day but the bdc out at the plant that has 1000 people is servicing 5 to 0 people a
day. This way we can get the network in order and be prepared so when we role AD out
we will not be rushing to upgrade Wan Links.

Does any one know if there is a way to do this.

Matt

Hey Guys,

I think we have a couple of BDC's here that are not servicing
clients. Does any one know of a way I can monitor a BDC to see how many
Users it is authenticating by using performance monitor or SNMP.

Also we think Our WINS servers are not working correctly all the time does
anyone have any troubleshooting tips or know of any good docs on monitoring
tools to verifying wins is working properly.

Thanks Matt
