You can use Newprof.exe and Profgen.exe with an outlook.prf settings file to
generate an outlook profile automatically.  These utilities are all MS
utilities, and can be found on the MS Website.  I have combined this with a
search for a default Outlook profile in the registry and run this via my
login script.
