Users are getting infected from infected web sites also. That's how it's
getting into my network.
Does anyone have a complete manual removal procedure yet? We are trying
all the ones posted and we are still seeing the infections return.

If you were blocking all executable attachments, you wouldn't have to wait
for your antivirus vendor...
