NIMDA - EMAIL PROBLEMS

I have a station that I had removed the NIMDA virus on Friday and now today
he cannot create or open email. It reports that there is not enough memory.
He has plenty of RAM and 16GB open on the HDD. He is using OE 5. Any ideas?
