Till now (w2k) we did not need to let the users be power users. With the
advent of w2k , all users now need to be power users as some applications
need it, ie they break on w2k under domain user.
examples are:
Intergraph Geomedia 4
Hummingbird PowerDocs

I'd like to hear some of the policies that y'all have for determining
who gets "User", "Power User", and "Admin" groups.
Is Power User rarely used? Or do you use it on just about everyone?
