Using vbscripts and applying it to their group would be eloquent. You could use the brute force method and use the AT command to automatically reboot their machine or log them off at the prescribed time and then make sure the user policy is set on each individual to change password at next log on. I am sure there are cleaner methods but if you are not fluent in vbscript and the object model then this is it. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
