Very True, very true. What VPN IPSEC products have you had experience with, because I tested our systems with the Cisco product and found it to be very bandwidth hungry? Thanks.

Your approach is not necessarily invalid, either. If your solution defends against any expected attack, defending against unexpected attack may not be worth the increased cost.
