Folder redirection and Offline File Synchronization. They make a great team. Especially if you work on more than one computer, and want to access the same "My Documents" on both of them.

I've had one laptop come up missing on a trip and was able to get everything back except for his personal files. That's my target audience for this, laptop users. W2K has offline files and synchronization manager but I don't know if that's the best thing out there or if I just need to play with it to get it to do what I need.
