My thoughts on the article... - If users don't like a product (anything from Microsoft) for whatever reason, they don't have to buy it. If someone has something consumers would like better, they should make and sell it. That is one way to break up a monoply.
- Is it monopolistic to add new features in new versoins of a product? If so bring it on. - Did consumers get upset when automobile manufacturers began to 'tightly integrate' sound systems into their products? - I prefer my operating systems full featured. I can use those features I think I need and buy products to work with it that feel meet any other needs. I prefer a propriatiary operating system for business purposes -- I don't want a consultant or an employee re-writing or adding to my business' operating environment. It is a good thing that lots of people know how to keep a business computer operating environment running. - I could go on and on, but you get the idea.... > See Article: > > http://pcworld.idg.com.au/idg2.nsf/p/00041EEA?OpenDocument&n=e&c=PC > ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
