That's correct, it will run the User Config in the context of the OU that
the Computer account resides in.  I thought that 'loopback processing' was
more for Kiosk type terminals where you want to have the same environment
regardless of the logon ID?

When you enable loopback processing for a group policy to merge or
replace user node settings, is that applied to just that policy object
or to all policies linked to that OU?

I have two policies on an OU- one has the loopback processing enabled to
run a logon script so that all users on those machines will get the
scripts.  The other gives special user configuration templates to those
people in the OU.  However, when anyone from another OU logs on, they
get both policies.
