If the security patch is a hotfix (and I would assume it is) there is not a way (to my knowledge) to create a package and publish it out via a GPO. You can use hotfix.exe to push it out with a login script.

Hello, I have setup a Package to be published and auto-install, the package contains a Microsoft's security patch. I took the security patch executable and created a ZAP file that will allows me to create a package, I created the Package under the user Configuration, I Set it to published and to Auto-install. When I was testing the package installation it did not install automatically; however, I can see the package under Add and Remove programs/Add new programs and if I click on Add it will run the installation, is there a way to run this exe silently? I just to do it with some of this patches just by adding the -Z -N switches to the executable but this does not seem to work with all the patches anymore.
