Absolutely reference any commands you use ie 

c:\winnt\system32\net.exe use x: \\servername\sharename

TIP #2

AT by default runs everything as the system account. If you want to access
things off teh machine you will need to run it under an account with the
appropriate rights. To do this I suggest you use the Scheduled Tasks program
(look in control panel) , add a task , select command prompt , select open
advanded options
