Didn't you say your Imail trial had expired? Imail is a pretty good, flexible mail server but if its simple smtp relay you're after its a bit of overkill. All you need to do is configure IIS 5.0 SMTP server to relay your outgoing mail (I presume this is what you're after). Remember to lock it up by only allowing relay from your internal network address(es) etc.
