I'm loading the DOS network drivers that run through net.exe,
netbind.com, tcptsr.exe, tinyrfc.exe and protman.exe. The drivers for
the card I use are the *.DOS drivers.

Are you loading network drivers on that disk?

Most network card driver disks/downloads come with a utility program
that
will tell you this (along with other things).

If you aren't loading network drivers... well, you won't be able to do
anything with the network. :-)
