Hi all, Is there a way to disable the Standby, Hibernate and Shutdown options when a user wishes to log off through Group Policy? I know I can remove Shutdown from the Start Menu but then all the user can do is log off. There's a mandate here that all users must reboot the PC when logging off and I would to keep them less confused. We will be using XP desktops.
Alternatively, I've heard that there's a reg hack where if a user chooses Shutdown, the PC actually reboots instead. Has anyone seen this? I've searched the KB and came up with nothing.
