If you store all of the photos in a known directory with a naming convention 
based on the UPN then you could generate a URL to an image based on anyone's 
UPN.  No need to use a property of the user.  I used this and some other 
info at a former employer to generate a facebook from the Exchange 5.5 GAL.  
You could do the same using the GC.
