Interesting..but only works for Full MS OutLook clients.
But then again, our mail has an "out of the office" option to "not reply to
internet mail". Since I haven't seen any of these replies to OOTO
messages, I'm guessing that it works, which is surprising since our
"customized" corporate mail is notorious for bugs.
P.S. I think I know a couple of those "reply-back lurkers" he refers to on
the website.

For $12US, it does quite a bit. Takes care of read-receipts, attachments,
duplicate messages, etc. You can even configure it to blast someone who
persists in sending OOOA messages or read-receipts.
