Frequently DCOM errors show up in the system eventlog on the IIS web
servers. The error message is as follow:
Event ID: 10004
DCOM got error "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested
logon type at this computer. " and was unable to logon .\IWAM_Machinename
in order to run the server:
{696FC2F1-8FB1-4CC8-8D4C-847123359825}
I didn't find much help in regard to this error on Microsoft support site.
