I can't find the Q article for this, but I had this exact problem and had to do the following to resolve it. This is something you can think about or actually do it is entirely up to you. Re-install Option Pack and service pack along with server driver files. If you have a Compaq server, find out the SSD version and reinstall that. Do not reboot until Option Pack SP and SSD (if applicable) are all re-installed, then restart computer. Should fix it
