Terminal Services will not install under Windows 2000 Professional. You will need to use a program like PCAnywhere, or VNC, or any of the other remote desktop tools to accomplish what you are attempting.

Terminal Services is built into Windows 2000. You want to select Remote Administration mode when prompted. Thanks...
